Over two decades ago, Duke Morisset and his family made the life-changing decision to move from the fast-paced environment of New York City to Williamsburg, Virginia. While enjoying a successful career, Duke sought a better quality of life for his family—and found it in a welcoming, family-centered community.

Williamsburg became the ideal place to raise a family and pursue a long-held goal of working in real estate. Duke’s children thrived in the local school system, with his oldest graduating from the University of Mary Washington. Balancing family growth with professional success remains one of his proudest achievements.

Following in the footsteps of her father, Duke Morisset, Dochelle gained direct mentorship from both Duke and Frankie Byrnes. Their leadership shaped her understanding of integrity, accountability, and client care.

Marketing and Growth

Dochelle is currently studying business management at George Mason University while serving as marketing coordinator for All Homes Real Estate Group. Her focus includes branding, visibility, and strategic outreach to elevate the client experience.
