• Credit Score of at least 640 is required;  Each occupant aged 18 and older must complete an application
• Acceptable Credit Report for each applicant aged 18 or older with no recent late payments
• Homeowner does not accept Co-Signers
• No evictions or Bankruptcies within the past 18 Months
• Online applications must be completed on our website only
• Vouchers are accepted by the homeowner if the applicant meets all other criteria
